  • 350 degrees preheated oven is the first choice
  • Second step is chopping mushrooms, carrot, celery, red pepper, onion. You must use the small blade on the chopper
  • Cook these ingredients in a big skillet until these turn brown. If you want no sticking, use vegetable broth
  • Put tomato paste, quick oats, bread crumbs, pulse prepared lentils, flax seed, bbq sauce, cooked vegetables, parsley in a good quality food processor
  • The end product will appear to be chunky. Over pulsing is not recommended
  • Take a loaf pan and put in the formed dough. Slightly force down the top part for creating a bread shape on the top
  • Cover the loaf pan with aluminum foil
  • Keep it covered & bake for full 35 minutes
  • After uncovering, drizzle some extra bbq sauce on the top
  • Again put it inside oven for full 10 minutes but do not cover it
  • Let it settle for 10 minutes after removing from the oven prior to cutting
