  • Take a zip lock bag and combine the various spices like garlic and onion powder, salt & paprika
  • Add in the drained potatoes
  • Shake and put it in the fridge in the fastened bag till it is ready for cooking
  • Air fryer  must be preheated to 400 degrees for thirty minutes
  • After that remove the pan from the air fryer
  • Shake the pan for more 10 minutes if you want to
  • After that mix sriracha and ketchup and serve it with the fries
