- Cut every potato in half and then
in six equal wedges
- Cover the potatoes in cold water

- Use colander for draining potatoes
and wash in cold water till the potatoes come under the room temperature
- Take a zip lock bag and combine the
various spices like garlic and onion powder, salt & paprika
- Add in the drained potatoes
- Shake and put it in the fridge in
the fastened bag till it is ready for cooking
- Air fryer must be preheated to 400 degrees for
thirty minutes
- After that remove the pan from the
air fryer
- Shake the pan for more 10 minutes
