After

to run out of healthy options. But KimchiPancake is one such dish that is savory and will never add to your weight. These
pancakes are thick for which you will need a very high quality frying pan so
that the pancakes do not stick. Go for the vegan kimchi as only then you can

The
Kimchi Pancake Recipe is as follows:
- Take one cup of chopped &
drained vegan kimchi. The kimchi juice must be reserved for later
- You can chop the kimchi by hand or
use a mini-chopper
- Take a mixing bowl for placing the
chopped kimchi
- The non-stick frying pan must be
pre-heated
For the batter:
- Situate the chopped & drained
kimchi in bowl
- Add garlic & ½ cup of rice
flour
- Pour the reserved kimchi juice and
the amount will be 3/4th cup
- Mix everything nicely with a spoon
- The entire thing must be thick
- As you place the mixture on the pan,
it must sizzle
Cooking process:
- Spread the batter evenly on the
heated pan
- The heat must be reduced to medium
- On every side, the cooking must be
done for 8 to 10 minutes and you have to check the pancake sometimes with
a spoon
There
are some tips you must follow while cooking Kimchi Pancake. While flipping the pancake, a big round plate of
plastic must be used. On both the sides, it should be cooked until it is brown.
