·         3 Tbsp. of Tamari
·         1 Tsp. of Sriracha
·         Chinese Mustard Sauce
·         1 Bunch of Butter Lettuce
·         Rice Vinegar of about 2 Tbsp.
·         20 Ounces of Extra-Firm Tofu
·         1 Large White Onion Finely Chopped
·         20 Ounces of Marinated Mushrooms
·         10 Ounces of Water Chestnuts Finely Chopped

·         Marinate the tofu and mushrooms for an overnight
·         Grill the marinated tofu.
·         Now put the chopped onions into a saucepan and sauté them until they turn translucent.
